What kind of chatbot does Studio build?+

Customer-facing on WhatsApp/LINE/Telegram, trained on your menu/prices/policies. It answers FAQs, takes reservations, qualifies inbound leads, and routes complex cases to your staff. Multilingual out of the box (Thai, English, French — any language Claude reads).

Can it do something my business specifically needs (not in a template)?+

Yes — that's category D, custom workflows. We scope it on a kickoff call, then build it. Past examples: review-scraping with sentiment alerts, daily ops summaries to managers, IG-DM routing, multilingual translation, CRM integration. If it can be automated, we automate it.

Who owns the generated images and chat data?+

You do. fal.ai-generated images are stored in your workspace's Supabase storage bucket. Chat history is yours, exportable anytime. Your brand assets (logos, fonts, colors) are uploaded once at onboarding and reused.
